Kids and I went to watch the Stephens team play in the All-City tourney. We braved the cold and enjoyed visiting with everyone. Brady & Emily had fun on the playground with Cat, Seth & Zoe. They all got along so well and it was such a LONG day. The kids were tickled with the trophies Eric Noel and Jason Hiney presented them in memory of their Dad. The kids commented how wierd it was to see Daddy's car there. (Eric's inheritance from Dave! LOL) It was definitely a bittersweet day. David would have loved the good food, friends, and of course the all-day softball! Thanks Eric - for being such a good friend to Dave. He loved you like a brother and had some great times with you on and off the field. Thanks for thinking of Brady & Emily too. They have shown those trophies off to MANY people.
